David Fennimore, P.G. | President  Mr. Fennimore has over 40 years of experience in geological/environmental technical services and consulting. His early training was with Exploration Logging, USA in oil and natural gas exploration onshore and offshore. In addition to managing EDN's business operations, David provides project coordination, consultation and technical litigation support to business and industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in geology from the University of South Florida and is a registered professional geologist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Martin Kirsch | Vice President  Mr. Kirsch has over 35 years of experience in geological/environmental & technical services. Martin manages EDN's field service operations specializing in the development and implementation of subsurface evaluation and testing programs in complex geologic and hydrogeologic environments including those impacted by chlorinated solvents and perfluorinated chemicals in groundwater. He holds a bachelor's degree from Temple University.

George Seidman | Technical Services Manager  Mr. Seidman has over 20 years of experience in the development, coordination, and implementation of geological/environmental subsurface evaluations and investigations. George currently manages the distribution and installation of the Westbay Instruments product line within the United States, Puerto Rico, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. He holds a bachelor's degree in Environmental Resource Management from the Pennsylvania State University.

Amy Lloyd |  Administration  Ms. Lloyd has over 25 years of experience managing EDN's in-house operations specializing in finance, contracting, insurance, and client relations.
